The Pathways Lab is a full-day intensive designed to help youth-serving organizations strengthen how they support young people in creating meaningful postsecondary plans.
As career pathways shift and young people face increasing uncertainty about the future, many organizations are looking for innovative, responsive ways to help youth explore possibilities and navigate decisions about life after high school. This Lab gives teams structured time and support to step back, examine their current practices, and identify opportunities to ensure every young person they serve has a plan for life after high school.
