Through a combination of curriculum, professional learning, coaching, tools, and implementation support, schools & CBOs build their capacity to deliver high-quality career-connected learning experiences for students. Partners gain access to ready-to-use lessons, resources, and data tools that support students in developing self-awareness, exploring career pathways, building workplace readiness skills, and creating actionable postsecondary plans. The partnership is designed to create sustainable systems and practices that can be embedded within the school community over time.
