Site Leader Institute Part 1 is a leadership development program designed for new and emerging supervisors in afterschool, summer, expanded learning, and youth-serving programs. Through interactive learning experiences, participants build foundational skills needed to effectively lead staff, manage program operations, and create positive environments for children, youth, and families. Topics include leadership styles, communication, supervision, delegation, time management, and staff development. Participants leave with practical tools and strategies that can be immediately applied to strengthen program quality and team effectiveness.
